Surgery Feb 6th

I realize I have not been a very good blogger. It is just that cancer really sucks. I must admit having two chemotheraphies that did not work took the wind out of my sails. I am feeling better now that we appear to have a treatment that is working (Avasten and Abraxane). I am also going to have surgery to remove the cancer from my liver and my pelvic/adominal cavity on Feb. 6th. PROGRESS!!

I don't want anyone to think I have been sitting home "belly aching" about my cancer. I have been busy. I still try to quilt a bit, exercise a bit and read a bit. I also have traveled a bit. We had a family Christmas in the north west in and around Portland. Ray, MAB and I visited MEB. MEB also arranged for us to go to the coast. Ray, JH (MEB's man) and I did some crabbing, we all whale watched (I saw 2 whales) and we celebrated the holidays. My family and friends helped me celebrate my 56th birthday. One of my sisters even came from CA. to help celebrate my birthday. Life is great!!!!
